This was one of the shots with the 3X tele converter that came out great. As you can imagine though it was tough to manually focus when they were moving that fast.

Jason Witten! Funny thing was, we sat right next to his wife & kids. I say right, she was in the next section, no more than 10′ away from where we were sitting. I had a hunch it was his wife, I should have said something but didn’t She probably didn’t want to be engaged anyway with gaga fans!

What sets these next pictures apart, aside from the first one, is that they were taken on the field from the end zone.

I had seen on the http://www.dallascowboys.com/ website prior to going down to San Antonio, that if you joined their True Blue fanclub, you were given special seating at training camp and an opportunity to be taken onto the field for a 15 or so minutes segment fo the practice. Money WELL sent in my opinion.

My friend and I arrived early enough to get a good spot in line, and when we finally got seated we were in row 2! What’s more, we were in the first group to be taken down onto the field and when we were there, ALL of the action was coming towards us. The groupings after us were not nearly as fortunate since all of the action was a good 50-75 yards away from that end zone.

We (luckily) got some good action coming towards us though as the wide receivers were coming in our direction. We were maybe 30-35 yards away from the WR drills if that.
