Austin Texas Classic Car Show 2008 in HDR

One of the things I love about HDR images is the RICH wild colors that come about as part of the tone mapping process. It worked pretyty well with most of the car images but not all of them. Even so it is far from perfect, as sometimes the really bright colors get muted, like the bright whites, yellows, and oranges.

I batched processed these images so not all of them “work” in the that I might have treated them individually but for the most part the ones I have chosen for the gallery Texas Classic Car Show 2008 in HDR

Photrade – My Pictures that are viewless! Part 2

Photrade has a great new feature (a couple of months old now…or maybe a few months) – image views. Detailed stats for all your images: items sold, money earned, and views. (They also have a “linkfind” feature now that enables you to se where your images are being used (with an option to allow or block said usage)).

I am a stats hound so I can’t get enough of that action.

BUT as I said in this post, Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of zero image views, I will fear no clicks, not all of my images have been getting enough “love”. SO, I’m taking a chance to introduce or re-introduce some of these images…get them a view or 3.

A HDR image from the Texas Classic Car Show 2008 that I was able to visit for a couple of hours last weekend. I bet a lot of the cars there sound great when running…I bet these two in particular!

Texas Classic Car Show 2008

One of the things I liked about the Texas Classic Car Show was it’s diversity. Old cars, new cars, fast cars, not quite as fast cars, even a dragster and brand new Lamborghini!!
