These next 2 are so similar, I might be lying if I tried to identify them straight up.

I think the first is actually pepper and the 2nd “season salt”

The is the light for an OLD VHS recorder, you know the 27lb thing you’d throw onto your shoulder for home movies…and all the kids said whhhaaaatttt?

Not to toot my own horn but I was pretty impressed on the lighting of this one, being able to catch the raised portions of the penny…now if I could only light my own portraits this precise!

This one turned out pretty sweet. This is a shoe polish applicator, like for sneakers; whitening thereof.

I vaguely remember what this was. It looks like a silhouette of a phone cord but no! I just now remembered! It is a spring from a clip-on flashlight, used on many occasions to light some of my macro work.

This one is tough, I don’t recall exactly! I need to write these down or at least go back and tag them within a small time period.

This one I def remember. A 2-tone ink pad. Wild right? It look like a coral of some sort.

SALT! quite possibly my best set of salt pics I have ever taken. I got some GREAT looking cubes and I lit it in such a way that was was able to add some interesting color accents; some straight in camera, some in post.

This is some salt that had been sitting around for a while, hence the fibers and debris. The bottom edge is actually a metal spoon! It corroded the metal. Needless to say that spoon will never be basking in any corn flakes and milk anytime soon.
