Water drops #9, formations, and shapes!

POST! ifyulle notice the colors, most of them were added in post but you can go along ways to aid that process by adding different lights when you shoot the drops.

In this case I was only using one light source, camera left flash. But there were a few times I added a color to shoot through and that enabled me to get funky in PS.

Crops trying to come and snatch my drops!

Yet another version of water drops. This time I had to do the drops by hand, I tried a new bottle but it totally was not working! That’ll teach me for trying new things :-)

I know some of these are OOF, the 1st one for instance but I couldn’t help myself as my face is the BG!

here’s a near home run but it’s got FAIL. I wanted to show the drop creating a pocket in the water though on this and another one too.

I thought the lines in the water were wild!

^ the one on the right looks like a melting Vader helmet…..never mind what the blue one below looks like!

I think last night might have offered an equally as stunning setting but I played it safe with my ankle, trying to rest it for tonight (racquetball).

Clouds, looking good. What you can’t see is the front behind me. I did not get but a few drops on me which was good but we desperately need the rain! Oh well :-)

Talk about gorgeous! I seriously need to visit the lake more often!

It was RATHER windy which made photography all the more challenging, but better than no wind @ all when it’s 95 @ 8.20pm.

Our skies of late have been highly populated with clouds during the day but they ALL seem to vanish between 6-8pm….must be from the cooler temps, 94 instead of 104. Which means I was quite lucky to find this waiting for me @ the lake!! :-)

The view on the other side of the lake. So no wonder it was quite windy. These clouds were enough to produce 8 sprinkles, not the candy type, the rain.

Yeah, I know, the colors are AMPED UP! Some might think this is an abomination and to them I say get over yourself!
I happen to like it and if by chance I am the only one then so be it :-)
