These are photos that I took on your 2 week vacation to VT in 2007, and I’m just now getting to them for editing!!
Maybe that’s why I did not go crazy with pics this year, knowing I still had all of these to work with once I got home. Then again, these are in the fall whereas we were there in the summer this year.
These first 5 are actually in Claremont, NH ~ 12 miles from where I am from in VT. Shocking to me is that this was the first time I ever explored this spot for pictures having driven by it hundreds of times as a kid growing up. Of course now there is actually a place to park and is a little more accessible than way back when, but it’s amazing how much you miss or take for granted as a kid!
Well the res on the google sat view stinks, but this is looking towards Water St from North St.
you can see the falls ~ 1/2 way between the 103/120 markers on the map
I bet those buildings would be most excellent to check out inside but obviously they would be locked down….no trespassing and all that.
The 2 above are HDR images with my ND filter @ 15-30s @ F/16.
The 3 below are also with the NDF and are 30s exposures @ the same F. So as you can well imagine, using the NDF is like shooting @ night with really long exposures…you don’t have lots of time to explore!

Cheers to zyngDUH for finally (several months ago) adding a MUCH NEEDED feature to Mafia Wars. The ability to delete people from your mafia if they cheese you off!
They even have a bulk removal tool but guess what….it does not work anymore!!!

JEERS to zyngDUH for YABF – Yet Another Broken Feature.
The first 5 times it worked it removed anywhere from 16-38 people at a time since my mafia was “so large”. Then all of a sudden one day, BAM! There went 1018 people out of my mafia and I was like WHAT???? Same thing the next day like 818, I was like huh? And surprisingly enough I STILL had/have more to go! But alas, the feature broke and now I am saddled with the ever annoying

Of course I tried to email their “Customer Support”….good luck with that! I find them helpful about 1/22 times.
I doubt the feature will ever be fixed since it has not been working for well over a month now…and let’s be honest, since zyngDUH is all about the $$$$, they’d rather add more stuff than fix the bugs they already have!

If there is one thing that zyngDUH excels at, it’s ERRORS in their game.
MAFIA WARS: home of the pop-up/error message.
I see this message no less than 399.4 times a day. So why do I continue to play this error ridden game? Clearly I am insane.
What’s funny/sad/pathetic/scary is that it used to be worse! There was a time when you actually had to stop and acknowledge the stupid error message before you could continue with the game. Now the pop up just sits atop the screen unless you press ok 15 times or do a hard refresh.
Not to worry though, I’m sure their developers are working hard trying to fix the problem (yeah right)……
