Texas Tech University * HDR – Inside the Student Union
Written by timsdd on Saturday, December 31st, 2011 in HDR - High Dynamic Range.
Funny…rare do I sit down ready to rock and or roll with a new blog post but here I am and wouldn’t you know it, Smug is having a site issue! :o
That is to say, I can’t get to my pics at the moment! I’ll use the time to set the scene :)
The first image is actually the library opposite the student union. The ‘lattice’ facade was a repeating theme on several of the buildings, but this was by far the biggest use of it on any particular building.
The inside of the student union was WICKED! Very modern, very sharp looking. The coup-de-grace for me was the upper lounge area that had a SWEET wooden floor and even sweeter looking chandeliers…LOVE that blue!
Just passing through…a Red Raider ghost student!
I wish I would have made it down to the bottom floor, those purple loungers look extremely comfy!
Another one of the doors that will warrant more attention next time, really explore the finer details of the historic buildings.
