Whole lot of stretching going on in this post.
Usually I try to mix in a bit of everything but it gets long and drawn out by the time I figure out whatI’ve posted and what still needs to be worked on.
This time I’m just taking the brute force approach, going strictly chronologically in the order I took them!
I love seeing the coaches really key in on these kicking shots…I wonder if they have video to break it down after the fact as well (they must!)
