Cape Neddick “Nubble” Lighthouse, Long wave exposures

A rare treat, a HDR/long exposure. You’ll notice the ghosting tourists, they add an element of mystique to the photo.

The lighting was great, full on sun is usually the worst time to shoot and I lucked out here.

The sky was a little muddled but thanks to the HDR I was able to pull some details from it.

The long exposures with the waves makes the surface of the water appear fog like.

The contrast between the rocks and the water made this shot worthy of a B&W conversion.

Water lends itself nicely to B&W which is why a lot of the ones below are just that!
